Before making here entereprenual presence take flight as the  President & CEO of Secure Arc Enterprises. LLC, Ms. Truesdale, served two years with the Department of Juvenile Services as a Case Manager Specialist worked with the Violence Prevention Initiative Program to assist inner city youth within both Prince Georges County and Baltimore City. ​

 

 

Thereafter, Ikia   joined the DC Housing Authority Police Department as a Police Officer where she protected and served the residents who lived within DC Housing Properties. While working with DC Housing Authority Police Department she also worked with the DC Public School System working to assist children with special needs. She has a total of 16 years in the Business of the Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice Area.

Later, she joined the Metropolitan Police Department where she served the citizens of Washington DC for 5 years as a Police Officer. She is now currently an investor for her Real Estate business, Evolution Elite LLC.​
